On arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport, you will get your first taste of warm Sri Lankan hospitality; Representative from Aventra Travels (Pvt) Limited will Welcome you and transfer to Negombo.
Relax after checking in to the hotel, evening visit Negombo city while seeing different historical places. You are welcome to go for a boat ride along the Dutch Canal and if you are interested visit the fish market to experience the livelihood of a traditional fishing community in Sri Lanka.

After Breakfast En route visit Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage. Then continue on to explore the famous Golden Rock cave temple which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Recognized as a sacred pilgrimage site for 22 centuries, this cave monastery, a vast isolated rock mass with its five caverns is the largest best preserved cave-temple complex in Sri Lanka. Proceed to Habarana.

After Breakfast proceed to Polonnaruwa, which was the 2nd capital city of Sri Lanka built in the 11th and 12th centuries AD, and which is a UNESCO world heritage site. Here you can see the ruins of the Royal Palace. Then sightseeing at Galoya / Minneriya.

After Breakfast do Tracking at Hiriwaduna with village Lunch.
Take a ride in a bullock cart, enjoy a nature walk through a scrub jungle, wade through a local stream with low hanging branches, cross a lake in an ‘oruwa’, the traditional mode of water transport, spend time with a farmer harvesting crops under his guidance and taste authentic village cuisine prepared by the framer’s family with freshly picked produce and local herbs cooked in clay pots over an open hearth fuelled by firewood. Experience the village life in the region through a trek to the Hiriwaduna hamlet that showcases the ecological setting of the area and provides a snapshot of village life as it unfolds.

Proceed to Sigiriya Rock fortress after breakfast. Climb the 5th century Sigiriya rock fortress which is a UNESCO world heritage site, built by King Kashyapa (477-495 AD). The ‘Lion Rock’ is a citadel of unusual beauty rising 200 metres from the scrub jungle .Then visit Kandy via Matale where you can find spice gardens.

After breakfast leave for a City Tour including the Upper Lake Drive - a place where one could have a bird's eye view of the city below, the Royal Botanical Gardens , a Gem Museum - to see how the valuable gems that you see on a shop shelf are turned out from a raw stone with the back ground history.
In the evening watch a Cultural Performance by traditional Kandyan Dancers and Drummers including devotional “Fire Walking" and walk across in the star lit night to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic.

After breakfast, leave for Nuwara Eliya. The beautiful town of Nuwara Eliya, set in the heart of Tea country and situated 1890 meters above sea level, is where the British succeeded in creating an English countryside with homes in styles from Georgian to Queen Anne.

After an early breakfast, we will leave for Horton Plains- the highest plateau in the country, which is one of the very important National parks in Sri Lanka known for its topographical variations.
Enjoy the day trekking through the Horton plains and head back to your hotel in Nuwara Eliya.

After Breakfast proceed to Ella. Enjoy a Scenic Train Ride to Ella. (OPTIONAL)

After Breakfast at the hotel proceed to Maskeliya. Check-in to the hotel and relax.
Start to climb Adams Peak. Adams Peak is Sri Lanka’s fourth highest mountain at 2,243 metres. It is one of the island’s most important pilgrimage sites. The giant footprint at the top is the attraction and is sacred to Buddhists, Hindus and Muslims. The conical shaped mountain is worth the climb for the views and spiritual experience regardless of your belief.

Climb down from Adams Peak and transfer to Kithulgala, is a small town perched on the hills that slope down to the gushing waters of the Kelani River. Check-in to the hotel and relax.

After Breakfast at the hotel and Enjoy a session of white water Rafting.
This thrilling adventure on the white water section of the Kelani River is suitable for amateurs as well as professionals alike. During the run, you will experience the thrill of shooting rapids and euphoria of making it through. The river”s clear water is born in the heart of the peak wilderness reserve and tumbles through a rocky george just above Kithulgala. Proceed to Rathnapura and check in to the hotel.

After Breakfast at hotel and transfer to visit Sinharaja Rain Forest.
Sinharaja is the only “UNESCO World Heritage Site” Rain Forest in Sri Lanka, with a very high rate of bio-diversity. Sinharaja is the only relatively undisturbed rain forest of any considerable size and many of the plants are very rare and are represented by only one individual of its kind in a large area.
Thereafter transfer to Udawalawa.

After Breakfast visit Udawalawe National Park.
Udawalawe National Park is renowned for its outstanding scenic beauty and wealth of Faunal Species, particularly Mammals and Birds. It is a famous Tourist attraction throughout the year for its unique Fauna And Flora. There are Herds of Elephants while populations of Sambhar, Spotted Deer, Barking Deer, Wild Boar and Water Buffalo are gradually Re-establishing themselves.
Then Proceed to Ahangama.

After Breakfast start a city tour in Galle.
Galle is a well-known seaport in ancient times when merchant ships anchored here to trade. The famous Fort in Galle was originally built by the Portuguese in 1589 and named Santa Cruz. After the Dutch occupation it was destroyed and rebuilt on a larger scale to cover an area over 36 hectares. This world Heritage Site is a very interesting place to visit as the old and modern city blend together in perfect harmony.

After breakfast leave for Colombo the commercial capital of the country. Check in at your hotel on arrival. In your spare time, drive through the vibrant city and enjoy the wonderful fusion of 16th century grand colonial buildings and modern office structures. Experience the chaos in the vibrant markets and bazaars of Pettah, and be blown away by the depth of our Sri Lankan history at the National Museum with its fine collection of lovely antiques and art.
